Hunter by ds-works return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping the item back to us at your expense. Return will not be accept if more than 14 days after delivery or the item is not in the same condition as it was when recived. If the order was a Custom order made to the customers specifications no returns will be accepted. 10% Restockage fee will apply and be deducted form any refund. (Cost of shipping is non refundable)

The warranty on Hunter Inflatable Boats by DS-WORKS is limited to the original purchaser who registers their product within 30 days of purchase. Boats purchased direct from Hunter are automatically registered with purchaser of record. The warranty applies only to boats purchased directly from Hunter Boats. This warranty is transferable, provided the original purchase was registered, and provided written notification of the transfer of the boat is received by Hunter within 14 days of transfer. Written notification must include the Hull Identification Number.
